My only problem was the shower leaks pass the door. The door would not stay shut all the way. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

I was have 3 booking. But when we're arrival. Receptionist not friendly. They like Korean people more than Vietnamese even i have a US PASSPORT. They not bring us a welcome drink or until we asked for the drink.but they service and so nice w korean man. Room it terrible. Wate not drain out. On top the celling almost falls off.

The hotel is good overall location, service, buffet is great… my only complaint is that the gym equipment was not in good working order even though the pictures on booking site indicated acceptable facility … this is a must for us I take great care in ensuring there is a gym with equipment to meet our needs before booking this was very disappointing

Loved this hotel. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Communication was excellent and they helped me book my onwards travel too. I had a lovely afternoon tea at the hotel and evening meal, both were delicious. Great rooftop restaurant and bar with infinity pool. Great location and amazing views over the beach at DaNang. I would highly recommend.

While I was checking in at 0300 the staff was rude and inconsiderate. I only wanted to stay for a few hours and leave. Check out at 1000. Buy the said I couldn’t check in until 1400. I would’ve been long gone by then. They are just lacking in any kind of customer service period.

This is a beautiful property right across the street from the beach and a great little beach bar. All the little restaurants were right behind the hotel and very convenient and walking distance, the pool was a bit chilly because it’s on the 20th floor and weather conditions were right. The staff were amazing. Everyone was so kind and caring and always looked after everything you needed. My room was beautiful overlooking the ocean from the 18th floor everything about this hotel I loved.

The staff were extremely rude, the room had rubbish in the bathroom like it hadn’t been cleaned, the door handed was broken like the lock mechanism was moving side to side and would take a few times for the key to work. There was mould in the bathroom shower, and the water would take an extremely long time to heat up. I use the gym daily and when I asked for a towel they said to use my bath towel which I found quite gross. AND THERE WAS BUGS IN THE BED!!! Photos of bugs in bed when we pulled the sheets back!
