Lovely place with a homey feel and positive vibes

Check in process was easy with clear instructions.Was very nice to arrive to the fire going and a warm house . The location is amazing and the yard was perfectly secure for the dog.It's the 2nd time I've stayed here now and will definitely stay again on my next visit to coffin bay

Unique area

We felt incredibly welcomed to this property as a family with a small child and a big dog. It’s the first holiday house we’ve been to where they have everything including a cot, prams, high chair, baby toys and baby books. They even had kid friendly crockery, safety locks on kitchen drawers a stool for kids to stand on for the basin and baby gate around the fireplace! Dog wise it was just as friendly, back yard is fully enclosed without any gaps, there was a very large crate under the verandah as well as a dog house if that’s what your pup prefers. For us we only needed to use the main bedroom, but both that and the lounge appeared to have been recently painted with newish carpet on the bedroom floor. Some of the other rooms are obviously next in line for a refresh, but they were all very clean and functional. We felt at home. We loved being able to have meals either inside or outside (both with big tables) and the deck could be closed off to the stairs to keep it toddler safe. Contact with the property manager was easy as well, with very prompt replies to the few questions that we had.Overall an excellent stay in Coffin Bay, we would be very happy to return if we’re ever in the area again!
