Really liked the hotel, had everything one needs, food and drink at the bar was fantastic and reasonably priced. Buses go to the city and airport right opposite the hotel. Beach with all shops and restaurant round the corner from hotel. Comfy beds and lovely view from balcony. All staff Friendly and helpful. Made my holiday very enjoyable Thank you.

Very loud music (and not so good) in the late nights, hard to sleep. To few cofee machines in the morning. Breakfast starts to late (8 am) so the cues are very long.

Very convenient location. Hotel is close to the airport but we didn’t hear any planes. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. Breakfast was varied (inc. made to order eggs and pancakes) and good.

The room was always clean. The staff, from the reception to the maids to the waiters, are very friendly and always smiling. It is really safe for solo travelers. The beach is 2min walk with so many restaurants and options. If you don’t feel okay to go to the town to party’s,there is live music at the hotel with great atmosphere and great performances. It was beautiful experience and I can say - till next time. I will totally recommend this hotel ☺️

Quick drive from airport, a block to the beach. Polite staff, clean property. Spa, pool and well maintained grounds. We enjoyed great breakfast buffet and dinner buffet in large dining room and optional outside seating by the pool. Outside bar is spacious.

Phone in room was not working when I arrived and had to be replaced by technician. Glass door to bathroom could hardly be opened and was scraping on the floor and had to be fixed. German cyclist (man) exposed himself and took a bath in the swimming pool in front of myself and other guests and hotel staff made excuses for this as they make a lot of money from teams of cyclists that stay with them every year. Overall, not professional and customer service needs significant improvement. Large gap below railings on the stairs, through which a child or person could fall through. Numerous issues of health and safety that need to be addressed without delay.

It was okay but not coffee machine or tea in the room and neither in the reception. No drinks after the bar is closed . This hitel is really big and clean . Room service is missing really. The personnal is really kind
