The resort was beautiful and on the beach. The only downfall was the food mediocre. Staff was very nice and responsive.

This trip was the most life-changing experience! I truly enjoyed the amazing people that I've had the opportunity to encounter. The sense of peace that I felt there is unmatched. I remember and miss the beautiful sunsets and long walks on the beach. The ability to get lost in the moment. Thank you, Jamaica! The surroundings allowed me the opportunity to dream in a stress-free environment.

Nothing to complain about. Breathtaking

Bliss by the Sea was absolutely amazing. From top to bottom, this is our favorite vacation ever. Starting with our pick up from the airport. Our driver, Mark, was a great communicator which made him easy to find. He was super friendly out of the gate. Stopped at a jerk place along the way since our party hadn’t really eaten. We arrived to meet Jennifer and Shamara who had dinner waiting for us. They took such good care of us the entire time. Anything we asked for they delivered! They anticipated everything. And this house!!!! It’s just so well appointed and perfectly situated. We would go from the sparkling clean pool to the ocean (which was really only us) and back to the pool to lounge around, read, listen to music, snack, play games, it was really exactly what we all needed. Mark was available and able to drive us to any activities we had planned. Speaking of planning, Nicole the manager was so helpful. She answered all our questions quickly and thoughtfully be it money exchange or spots for lunch or helping us organize a tour. Other things of note: the beds were comfy, the showers were hot, the WiFi was pretty good and only failed us one night and that’s when it was pouring rain. We can’t say enough good things about this place and we can’t wait to return. Do yourself a favor and book a couple extra days longer than you think you’ll need, you’ll want them. As per email exchange with Hotels.com, we are trying to obtain a refund for this booking as, on arrival at the hotel, the gate was chained closed. We had kept trying to phone to confirm our ETA but the telephone number was unobtainable. The hotel did not attempt to contact us. We were very disappointed as the remote location really appealed to us.

This is a great vacation spot if you want to relax!! It’s a perfect setting to get away. Special thank you to Shane for making it a memorable experience. He prepared world class dinners with local flavors. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in planning day trips to black river by boat with a few stops to include pelican bar and a local crab shack on the river. He recommended YS falls for a day trip, beautiful! We did leave the villa to grab lunch at Jack sparrows and spend some time with the locals at treasure beach. The home is dated but has all the amenities. Mark the owner was also very responsive before the trip to finalize any questions. The housekeeper and gardener were there every morning working efficiently and gave great conversation . Thank you for a wonderful Jamaican experience
