This modern holiday residence built to the highest quality and accommodates families or couples sharing. The entrance hall with polished concrete floors leads to the rear of house where you will find the downstairs living area with lounge, flat screen TV, DVD player and split system heater/air-conditioning, bar kitchen with fridge, bar style dining setting, and powder room, four generous bedrooms, sparkling central bathroom with double vanities, separate laundry with front load washer and dryer, and outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the local beach. Upstairs has open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with beautifully polished floorboards, lounge, flat screen TV, stereo with CD player, huge timber dining table for 10, split system heater/air-conditioner, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including gas cook top and dishwasher, ice-maker fridge, and pantry and powder room. NOT PET FRIENDLY

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
