Always smiling and genuinely eager to help, they made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. A very special mention to the Experience Team, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. I had arranged a private sunset yacht with a surprise dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday — and they ensured every detail was flawlessly executed. It was magical. Room was extremely clean. Air conditioning was great! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Food was great and nightime entertainment was the best! No complaints

The only downside was the breakfast. The scramble eggs were horrible and cold every day we stayed.

Hotel Piccada was lovely! Our check-in went smoothly and the staff was welcoming. Our room was well organized to fit three people and the location was excellent. There were restaurants and little street shops everywhere. There was also a supermarket nearby. We would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Palau looking for a quieter area to stay.
