Compared to some others I have been to this resort lacked creativity, ambiance, and basic things. The cafeteria food is good thankfully because the restaurants were not, the food was just average at best. There is no room service. All the pools are right by each other so don’t expect a very relaxing time but just a fun party vibe. Beach was nice! Entertainment was good!

Staff at bars need better training. Bars are not supplied with the same liqueurs; staff do not offer you what they have available-they work like "robots", you have to search and dig between the bottles and tell them what you want. Stay away from RIU hotels, had to pay a fee for security box. Really!

The check-in was easy, service was awesome, room was nice, pools were fun, entire facility was CLEAN!! very nice! Staff is friendly and attentive. Only complaint is food was mediocre, best food was at Kulinarium - would recommend over all others.

There are only 2 elevators here, so bring some walking shoes. Also, they do not have premium liquor.

Overall had a good experience. Dining options were great. The vibe was very relaxing. However, I wish there was more stuff to do. There were no activities to do besides swim and go to the beach.

Kinda bored

I like the resort overall but after the pool closes there’s not much to do. There was a concert type deal at 9 pm but it was kind of corny. I kkkw those workers put a lot of work into it so good job to them. But not something for all adults. Then one night you had to get on a bus and go over to one of their sister resorts for entertainment. I don’t wanna leave it needs something every evening. We were really bored after we ate dinner every night. Also the food was not that good. I hate saying that because again I know someone put a lot of work into cooking/preparing the food. It just didn’t have much taste. But the resort was clean.

A beautiful resort with great space for all vibes; party and more relaxing. Staff was amazing and super diligent about keeping the resort clean, tidy, and welcoming. Entertainment nights were diverse and extremely enjoyable, and the buffet was a definite 10/10! Absolutely loved our stay.
