Amazing staff and hospitality can’t wait to go back!!

Nice location, quite, fantastic view from our 8th floor (counting from reception) or -2 level (counting from upper car park). Water temperature in main swimming pool to high.

Had an amazing experience and stay at the hotel.

This was the most incredible experience for me. The staff was very attentive and friendly and I felt at home. The restaurants are amazing and the view is just awesome. The staff is on it and your request are always taken into consideration. Specially the concierge team ( Gaida) was very helpful to me and made me feel the love. It was a truely remarkable experience.

Wonderful hotel. The staff was great and accommodating. Large food selection. Kids had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

Fantastic holiday. Complex clean, staff all friendly and plenty of restaurants within a max 20 min walk away. We stayed 12 days and didn’t eat at the same place twice. We managed the walk to los abrigos in 15 minutes with a 7&10 year old. We used taxis for beach days, water park and money world. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms, aircon throughout and a lovely sea view. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and already looking at next year!
