Beautiful hotel in perfect location for river and restaurants All staff friendly and welcoming breakfast was excellent served in a beautiful dining room special mention for Alexandra who was excellent at her job and obviously loved what she did

So so hotel. Has tons of potential. But we describe the hotel as simply ‘it’s fine’. Didn’t like the check in staff (they shouldn’t be in a customer service role) and a lady slipped by the pool and dislocated her shoulder - I laid on the paving stones next to her for almost an hour waiting for the ambulance to arrive with only minimal (and delayed) involvement from hotel staff.

The hotel is lovely - there is a bit of a hill to climb down to Tavira main streets and a bigger hill on the way back but it is a short walk. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The only downside is the shower. The power is not great but all else was perfect.

Great selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything was perfect. Staff so friendly and helpful. 5 stars experience.

We had a fabulous 10 days at Prime Energise. Sadly Hotel.com booked an incorrect room however the hotel did as much as they could to help us. We booked a suite with a full terrace however we only had a small balcony, was annoying but we made sure it did not affect our stay. We had full board which meant we cold either choose from the buffet meals or 20 euro spend towards the The al a carte menu. We choose the al a carte and it was absolutely outstanding with many of the meals below 20 euros anyway. Staff were all so friendly and attentive. The rooftop pool and bar area are again really good and always had spare loungers. Personally we could do without the music but that's just our preference. The beaches at Monte Gordo are outstandingly beautiful with lots of lovely beachside restaurants and bars. We visited Vila Real, Tavira and also hopped over to Ayemonte for the day, all close and certainly should not be missed.

Boa localização, util ter piscina interior embora o estado da mesma não seja o melhor. Os empregados não são antipáticos mas quando perguntei sobre opções para jantar no hotel não faziam ideia (em duas situações distintas). O hotel é um bocado velho e os quartos sao básicos e antiquados. Ficámos num quarto em que a caminhada do elevador era um bom bocado. O pequeno almoço é básico. Serviu para dormir e a localização é bem boa.
