MAIN LIVING SPACE: On the 2ND-floor, the soaring, sail-white ceilings rise above the main living area, filled with beachy, gray-blue-and-white-upholstered seating groups, all within view of the kitchen for easy entertaining. With a dining table that seats eight and breakfast bar for six, there's ample room for all to visit and enjoy a meal. Coffee lovers have the option of freshly ground coffee beans or a K-cup when they’re on the run, while the beautiful kitchen beckons the cook among your group.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first floor offers two, bright bunk rooms, each with three twins and one full bed. Decorated in tones of blues and grays, they stand on either side of the kid-friendly den and share a bunk room bath. Two king primary suites on this level offer privacy and everything guests need.
The second-floor primary bedroom continues the cool, blue-and-white color palette, with driftwood finishes and gleaming silver accents. French doors open onto the deck with peeks of the Gulf and a double chaise made for napping. Luxuriate in the primary bath, featuring pebble-style tile and water-stream motifs in an oversize shower.
