Upon entry to the open concept layout, you will see that seating is plentiful among the large sectional with plush pillows and two matching armchairs. Gather and watch movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The modern kitchen is a chef's delight with ample granite counter space equipped with new appliances, crisp white cabinets, and both a regular coffee maker and Keurig, stocked with dishes, basic pots, pans, cookware, and utensils. Savor your freshly prepared meals at the striking dining table with seating for nine and four stools at the bar for additional seating. The first guest room (BR1) is made up of a King bed, nightstands, closet, chest, and wall-mounted TV. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR4) at the end of the hallway, composed of a King bed, nightstands, chest, bench at the foot of the bed and wall wall-mounted The ensuite bathroom contains a roomy granite vanity and tile tub/shower. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet for easy access. After a day at the beach, come back to cool off and relax in the private pool or lounge beside it.
