It was great hidden stay! Rooms are comfy, breakfast spread is a little smaller than your usual hotel but still great, staff are one of the friendliest hotel staffs i’ve ran into, would totally recommend

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Only think missing was a pool, but a nice place to stay. Definitely would recommend it to our friends and family.

Food was ok.average..it was cold tho.beds n pillows comfy..too much humidity in the room..u need to put an extractor in the bathrooms..the rooms stay humid and musty..its a shame because its a nice hotel..also they need a pool.

It was pretty nice I loved it! The only thing for anyone that may care there is no pool. And I just wished the shower heads were better lol but besides that, loved it! Definitely would come back.

Front desk called me at 6p the day of my reservation to cancel my reservation for 2 rooms because of maintenance issues. I asked him where he had made my family of 5 alternative reservations, and he said that he wasn’t able to do that. I asked him if that sounded acceptable to him, and he just apologized. The manager of the hotel called me to tell me the same thing and that housekeeping hadn’t realized that the AC wasn’t working in 1/2 of the hotel until 5p. She went on to say that they could accommodate 1 room. I told her that was unacceptable and if notifying a guest at 6p was also unacceptable.

Geat place to lay ur head

Beautiful place. Rooms were very clean. There was a laundry room and exercise equipment. The front lobby was nice and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. First time in an Avid and i would definitely stay in one again.

Overall good hotel to stay in. Other guests however are unconsderable- loud, messy,tv in other room or stomping above. Comfy bed, good room size, breakfast could be better
