The back door is the main entrance off of the parking lot, entering into the kitchen. There is an eat-in Kitchen as well as a high-top dining table for 6 in the living room, all located on the first floor. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the 2nd floor as well as the washer & dryer. There are 5 smart TVs, one in each bedroom, one in the living room, and one in the kitchen.
This spacious apartment is located next to Denison Park, where you can play Disc Golf, basketball, swimming at the city pool, or just relax by the Corning Pond. It's a few blocks to Dunkin Donuts, The Dollar Store, & an Ice cream shop. You can also walk a short distance to Historic Market Street where you will find great restaurants and unique stores. There are many antique stores as well as some specialty glass stores. The Rockwell Museum is located half a block from Market St and The Corning Museum of Glass is just across the river from Market Street.
The Corning area is close to several unique towns including Painted Post, Watkins Glen, Hammondsport, and Elmira. Watkins Glen, located 20 miles North, is at the Southend of Seneca Lake, hosting several wineries and distilleries with many restaurants.
