This hotel is always our favorite when we fly into and out of Copenhagen airport. It is elegant, the staff is helpful and good natured, the rooms are spotless and well appointed and the breakfast buffet is the best in Europe!

Very convenient location with direct access from the terminal. Very quiet and the bed was comfortable. A bit too expensive given that breakfast isn’t included and the room was just on the edge of looking a bit tired with some noticeable wear here and there. But I won’t mind staying here again if spending the night at CPH.

Very Pricey but chosen as being convenient to flying out. Clean, confortable and modern. The 2 stars is because we used the resturaunt. I accidnetly left a 1025 kroner tip on a bill of 150kr. I contacted the hotel several times to redress the matter. The last request was ignored and I'm out a lot.

Room was extremely comfortable and cozy. I would recommend that the hotel provide at least one bottle of free water for each traveler in the room. After having paid such a high price for the night, it's a bit absurd to then charge each inhabitant for water when they take some from the refrigerator. I understand that the Danish tap water is supposed to be delicious, but for many people, drinking strange water can upset your stomach. A bottle of water, therefore, would be much appreciated.
