Nearly perfect!

Room was cosy, a little small but very comfortable. Very hi tech which took a while to master. We stayed 5 nights, first 2 nights wonderful - next 3 nights we were awaken by loud construction roofing noise at 6.30am. Not the hotels fault, but worth mentioning. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. A mini fridge in the room would be nice with tea and coffee facilities.The shower was fantastic! They do offer a water bottle service which we loved. Great location, close to the train station and the city heart. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great 2 night stay at Citizen M. The staff was welcoming and super helpful with restaurant recommendations. The location is perfect , within walking distance of many sites. We’ll be back!

The hotel is in an amazing location to access Copenhagen’s main attractions. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are excellent. The rooms are compact but everything you need is available. The smart technology is an added feature and the upper courtyard room was quiet. I would stay here again.

This is a high-tech, minimalist hotel in a great location - right across from the parliament building, metro station, bus stops, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, Tivoli, central railway station, the pedestrian shopping area, and many more. The rooms are not large, but they have enough space for everything. The only complaint is the mould in the shower stall. This is the first hotel I have come across that uses an iPad to control the lights, communication, curtains, and music in the room.

A true gem in the heart of Copenhagen!

Best staff of any placed we have ever stayed. The hotel calls the ambassadors and they truly are. Marie and Janniiiii help us choose restaurants and local attractions with great detail. They both spent a lot of time with us while being super friendly and informative.

Hotel is nice and clean, rooms are small and no coffee or hot water pot although you can go to seventh floor and get them. Room service have to be scheduled a day before. Close to Metro, Tivoli.

This was a great place to stay in Copenhagen. Everything is very walkable. Tivoli gardens 5 min walk. The rooms and hotel itself is so modern and cool. The best part is the staff, so friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. Loved it here!
