Hotel is really central and easy to access the Metro and bus links around the city. You can also walk to near by neighbourhoods. The area around the hotel has great bars and restaurants and it was really safe for me to be out at night on my own and making my way home later in the evening. Didn't take breakfast as loads of nice cafes close by. Drinks were nice in the bar and a lovely view over the city.

The rooms are TINY! I have stayed in other M Hotels and have adored them but NOT the M Hotel in Copenhagen. Rooms are way too small!

Room was spotless. Bed was comfortable. Only wish bathroom had more privacy. Space was small in room but efficient. The 7th floor lobby , bar area had glorious views with outdoor access . Staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to store luggage on our last day so we could explore. Would definitely recommend this Citizen M location!

Room was smaller than expected, though well-designed and modern. (Would be better if they can fit a luggage rack). Smart controls, with auto-black-out blinds, excellent! Minor issue with the safe not working, waited for more than 45min to have someone sent to room to investigate. In the end, they switched me to another room. No issue with the safe in the new room. Hotel has a cool lounge / common area, but when I was chilling, other guests were being loud and inconsiderate (they were on a phone with speaker on). Not the hotel's fault.

I had the most amazing stay at citizenM Copenhagen Radhuspladsen. My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and the staff were exceptional. They made us feel welcomed and the breakfast was amazing. The location was ideal as well! Will definitely be back sometime in the future :)

Nice room, but seems overpriced for what you pay. Breakfast although pricy was excellent. And it is very convenient that there is a place where you could work in the nice setting. Excellent location close to everything either by foot or by public transport. Big drawback - the black mold in the shower on majority of the joints, not something you would expect from a 4* hotel. Missing tea/coffee in the room.

Citizen M is always a good and reliable choice with comfy rooms and good facilities. The only thing that would be better would be having some plug sockets nearer the head of the bed, maybe even some usb ones!

The room was quiet and immaculate and the room iPad controls easy to initiate and use on my own phone or iPad. There was more space than I expected and everything was well thought out with thoughtful storage cubbies in the sink. If I were being nit picky, I’d wish for a couple more hooks by the door in addition the the two provided. We appreciated having the comfortable king sized bed, although, be warned, the person sleeping next to the wall/window will have to be agile enough to climb in and out! The breakfast was spectacular with high quality fresh food and healthy choices and a good value. Views from the 7th floor dining area of City Hall were lovely and the staff were always welcoming and warm, offering top rate service. Copenhagen Central Station is a close walk away as well as Radhuspladsen Metro station, making access to transport very convenient. There is a 7Eleven on the next corner to pick up anything quickly. We fell in love with Copenhagen and hope to return. We’d definitely stay at citizenM again!
