Each bedroom has a private bathroom, AC, a smart TV and wifi. The living room features the original bar from when the house was a local tavern. There is a sitting room with a book cabinet and dining room with new gas stove/fireplace. The front porch has outdoor seating, as does the large yard in the back. The yard features an outdoor gas grill, a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and ample parking. There is high speed WiFi and washer/dryer. We recently installed a water filtration system throughout the house to insure our water is safe and odorless. This property, built in 1868, has been lovingly maintained and restored, is spacious, well appointed and comfortable! You, your family ,and friends will enjoy this house and make memories here!
