Breezy Acres is a "seasonal working farm" with various farm animals on and around the property. All farm animals located in a separate red barn on the property.

The first floor of the building is devoted to a shared game room, complete with Foosball table and Wii video gaming system. The basketball hoop is waiting for your practice shots. The shared laundry room is also on the first floor.
