Do not stay in room 201. It was the loudest room from people on the stairs,the traffic, all the door slamming, the person in the next room, and people in lobby. The room aslo didnt have the MTV channel. They also wouldn't move us beacuse they were "full." It was decent breakfast just wish they did ...

Located in Kalamazoo (Oshtemo), Holiday Inn Kalamazoo West by IHG is within a 10-minute drive of Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo College.
The first day we had to change rooms. It appears the linen had not been changed. We stayed for six days. They cleaned the room two days. We asked each day. We had to ask for clean towels most days. When we left the floor needed to be vacuum.
