This is a fantastic property. Check in was fast and easy with a very friendly staff. They have awesome amenities like a Starbucks and a bar and they don’t charge for parking. Very friendly staff. Will stay here here again.

The shower has a plastic curtain, it is uncomfortable. The sink faucet is very far back, it could be two inches forward and it would be much more comfortable to wash your hands. The blinds, although they are blackout, do not block the light coming in, the top part is very open, a lot of light comes through.

the hotel surprised us by charging for parking which was not mention at the Expedia site or for that matter the Hyatt website . Housekeeping was very unpredictable . Sometimes they would leave supplies such as glasses and soap.

Nice woodlands location. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Close to walking trails and parks. Stayed here for a track meet that was in humble and found the location and drive to be fine and the woodlands area a was quiet and beautiful retreat from busy Houston.

Perfect place for a family trip

Front desk employee was friendly and courteous at check-in. He explained all the amenities, including breakfast. The room was spotless and very nice for the price. We really liked the extra sofa sleeper with the ottoman. A great place to stay overall.

EV Chargers & Great Hotel

My go to destination for meetings in the Woodlands. EV chargers was a great find as it usually takes hours. Always clean and delightful-close to restaurants and work!
