Staff upon arrival was great. We didn’t have issues until we were getting ready for bed, at that time there had been a shift change.
We discovered our sofa bed was broken & screw shut when we tried to open it for our children. This information was not told to us when we checked in; however when we called the front desk to advise them of this the woman said “oh yes it’s broken, we can only offer to move you.” At this time is was 11pm, my toddler was already asleep so packing up & moving everyone and our things was going to be a major inconvenience.
We then went to use the extra blankets and pillows which they provided for the sofa bed, only to find the pillows covered in mold. Our only option at this point aside from packing up and leaving was too request new ones.
The hotel refused to offer a credit or partial refund. We book many staycations and this was by far one of our worst experiences. Especially the mold & sofa bed issue.
