Good location. Staff did not speak good English and getting the keys to the apartment was confusing. Staff left very unreliable feeling. Apartment was cold.

Short stay in Como

Check-in process was complicated as had to message the property via whatsapp or calling the property to arrange access. Also wanted us to send passport photos via whatsapp. Had to arrange for somebody to take out the rubbish from the property as this wasn't removed from the previous stay. Tv wasn't working, messaged the property and someone came out late on the day before checking out and wasn't able to fix it. The apartment overall was nice, it was nice to have an apartment with a bathtub and a kitchen with amenities.

Très bel appartement et bel emplacement. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas la climatisation très chaud dans l’appartement. Hôte réactif nous a ramené un ventilateur le lendemain de noyée demande.
