Property was nice and clean, however, at check-in, it wasn’t a very friendly or welcoming staff . The maid was vacuuming the wood floor above us or along side of us at 5:30 AM. Very frustrating. When we mentioned it to staff they said sometimes that happens. I have stayed there in the past and it didn’t compare this time.

Hidden fees from hotel even with booking through Expedia, called hotel management twice and left two voicemails for an explanation and detailed billing, no response, taxes and resort fees exceeded booking costs? Doesn’t seem likely, other than that it was nice

We had a suite for three women. At first glance it was great. The layout was good, and the furniture was unique in a pleasant way. When it came time to go to bed though, we opened the pullout bed, which was very inadequate for an adult, and there was no bedding and no pillow. We searched the entire suite and there was nothing to be found. This was at about 10:00 pm. The housekeeping and front desk phones were both busy, so I went to the front desk. There was one person working with a line of about 20 people. We really wanted to go to bed. Just then another person started working and I slipped in and asked her for bedding. Yay! I thought we were set. She said it would be sent to the room. About half an hour later a young man showed up with one bedsheet. He seemed confused as to why that wasn't sufficient for the bed. Half an hour later he showed up again with a very thin blanket and one pillow. No second sheet and way past the time we had wanted to be in bed.

Property has had a significant refresh since our last stay in 2023. Hotel is much more up-to-date from the lobby to the restaurants to the rooms. Casino has also had a refresh and now similar to Las Vegas style properties.
