The hotel is in a good location and felt safe for a family stay. The room was clean and well maintained. It is a little far from the interstate, and parking requires a daily fee, which is something to keep in mind. Breakfast was good and had decent options. However, the front desk reception was not very friendly. The staff did not consistently greet all customers with the same level of courtesy, and it felt like they were selective about whom they smiled at, which affected the overall experience.

Front desk staff were very friendly both in the evening when checking in and checking out. The room was spacious and very comfortable. My husband and I were visiting for the first time in this area and will definitely be booking with this property again. Walkable to shopping/dinning also which is a plus.
