If i could give a NEGATIVE star rating, theyd get -10. The sewage smell outside was off-putting. Look up when you check in, the vent cover by thw desk is covered in rust. The carpet is expired and needs to be replaced My room had toilet paper stuck in the doors peep hole. There were stains on our sheets, a stain on the bed skirt, a stain on the curtain. The microwave was caked in a black film. There were toe nail clippings on the nightstand. And on the toilet...the outside of the toilet, there was human poop stuck to the bowl. To make matters worse, the night agent REFUSED to accommodate. Then later refused to inspect the room, we wsited until 3AM.

Crumbs in drawers, dust all around room, food behind night stand, had to Jimmy-rig shower to work, 3 channels on tv to watch, safety latch on door was broken and the complimentary breakfast when opened at 730 had 2 muffins to choose from - no bread for toast, bagels, muffins or even fruit. Terrible!!

People not saying at the hotel gathered outside in groups. Just eyeing you down as you park and smoking outside. Our car threatened to be towed because we had no where to park so parked in a spot apparently apart of the other hotel directly next door in the same parking lot. The smoke alarm randomly sounded at 12 am in our smoke free room and we were terrified that we would be charged $200 for it going off. Incredibly dirty. Toilet didn’t want to flush after going #2 or sometimes #1 if you used slightly too much paper. Super unsafe area .

The room was clean and all amenities were available for a comfortable stay. The people at the friend desk were friendly and sweet. The hotel itself though is a bit rundown. The walls need a paint job and carpets could be replaced with some other maintenance.

Sticky floors and more

It didn't take very long for my feet to turn black from the nastiness in the carpet. The walls were so thin. You could hear the hyped up music and the people talking from the floor above me. There were holes in the wall. The floors were absolutely sticky. There was a 1 to 2-in space Gap between the door and the floor that is supposed to keep all Intruders out of my room. I was not comfortable and was genuinely afraid for my safety.
