The central location of this LaQuinta was important to my visit. The facility was clean and all the linens, towel etc were soft and comfortable and plentiful. The room was larger than most hotels and the art was well selected to bring color and compliment to the room.All that said, what made my stay so enjoyable was the young lady who managed the afternoon reception /registration desk. I don’t know but suspect she was a manager as I saw no one else in the desk area. This young lady was super friendly and ALWAYS greeted me with a smile and sparkling personality. She was attractive, professionally dressed and just lovely. Engaging and with a shy yet beautiful smile whether I came through the lobby at 4pm or 8pm. She is an excellent representative for the corporation. I hope you can acknowledge her in some way as she is deserving of getting praise and knowing travelers do notice and appreciate the hospitality, style and presentation of outstanding representatives so many of which do a job by rote to be hardly noticed or worse ignored. Mediocre experience

Check in was great, the hotel was kind of dingy. The pillows were awful, felt like old lumpy ones that needed thrown away. The room was clean, but outdated. It was so loud. We went to a concert and got back around midnight, and there were 4 guys outside that were loud. The hotel didn’t ask them to be quiet. It was hard to fall asleep. Breakfast was good and checkout was fast and easy. Great neighborhood.

Dublin location was good stopping point for us. Very clean and inviting hotel. Good breakfast buffet . Bed was very comfortable and everything in the room was great, AC shower etc. will be back in future for another stay.

Knowing that it was one of the cheapest rooms in an expensive market we expected some wear and tear and lack of maintenance. We got what we expected. General paint, trim, elevators were beat up looking. Bed, shower and sink weren't bad, but the floor trim work in the bathroom was rough. Overall a bit below expectations, but we did not have high expectations to begin with.

Next to the elevator on the second floor, there was a garbage bag with bugs all over it and the floor. The breakfast was pitiful: cold food, poor taste of eggs/sausage, bad coffee, and the juice machine was water. The room itself was fine, although you could hear everyone in the hallway and in the room next to us.

Although we did not take any pictures to document anything, our experience at this hotel was less than ideal. For starters, I booked a room with 2 double beds and upon arrival, I was told that all that was left was a room with 1 king bed and a pullout couch. I would not have booked this hotel, had I known that at time of booking. Second, upon arrival the hotel reeked of drugs even though there were signs everywhere saying that you were not allowed to smoke or vape. Additionally in the parking lot, there were people smoking and drinking, leaving broken glass from cerveza bottles on the ground. My wife and I were traveling with our children and none of that was something that they should have been exposed to. It got so bad in the parking lot that my wife chose to move our car before trying to get our children in based on peoples activities in the parking lot. Upon entering the room, we went to lower the blinds, only to find those dirty, as well as the mattress for the pullout couch, which I had to flip to get whatever was on it off. Lastly, the water for the shower would completely go away while on during the middle of taking a shower, very intermittently. Based on all of this, I would be very hesitant to book at a La Quinta hotel ever again.

Very Dissatisfied customer

I first arrived I knew it was BS it was not as pictured in the advertisement i did not receive the rooms i reserved also there was not an ice machine that worked the laundry room said use at your own risk trash on the floors by the trash cans and it smelled bad she checked us in separately charged me more money and in the rooms i had a freezer instead of a refrigerator and of course since everything was going wrong the weight room was a bust i even witnessed a couple demanding their money back because of the smell in the room they rented this hotel lied I AM A VERY VERY DISGUSTED CUSTOMER YELP HERE I COME
