We checked in late they refused to give us any kind of discount. The room had mold on the walls and the shower was dirty. They refused extra towels. Only gave us 3 and there was 4 of us in the room.

The staff were great. The room was neat and very comfortable. Our only issue was the drainage of the water in the tub. Unfortunately, there was no maintenance available to assist and they were booked solid and couldn’t transfer us to a different room. Other than that, our stay was great.

Baseball tournament and the amount of unsupervised kids running around wrecking the place . Being unruly foul language being used management did nothing as did the parents

The place looks a bit worn out and needs to be updated. No microwave in the rooms except in the suites. The staff were very friendly and professional. Also, that fact that I could not get Marriott points because I was informed that "I had booked through a third party (Expedia)". That was not a good excuse.

Its what you expect for the price. Nothing fancy. The little 1 cup coffee maker wasnt ideal especially since their on-site bistro had weird hours and never seemed to be open when I went downstairs. I picked the place because it said it has a restaurant. That was not accurate. Also, no microwave. Everything else served its purpose

We had a great stay!

I took my girls for a quick getaway, the staff was all so nice and we got a poolside room, which was fantastic for this mama. My only complaint was that the indoor pool was really cold, my girls didn’t mind but I didn’t jump in.

Had an excellent stay

Hotel was very nice, bed was very comfortable, room was nearly perfect imo. A microwave would have been nice, but I knew when I booked the room that it would not have one. I was very happy with my stay, would gladly stay here again if I ever again find myself needing a room in Columbus.

One room smelled of tobacco/cigarettes, had no Wi-fi and towels smelled musty. The other room was unsafe with missing light bulbs, bathroom panels hanging down, extremely loose toilet seat and dingy carpeting. The third room we ended up staying in had a plugged bathroom sink drain. After multiple maintenance request the drain was finally cleared. The grounds outside were very weedy and unkempt. Not a good first impression!
