Was there for 3 days and not once did they clean the rooms. I even called the front desk and they told me that housekeeper forgot to clean our rooms, even when i called the night before asking about it.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt like I needed to. I stayed in room 112 and I had the worst nights sleep ever. The noise was non stop. Doors constantly slamming, someone had a tv blaring loud at 1AM. You would think people would be courteous of others sleeping but that wasn’t the case. I really needed a good nights rest because I had a 9 hour drive ahead of me. I was to the point where I was just going to check out at midnight but I was exhausted after 10 hours of driving. If your room is on the first floor and near the lobby, beware. However, the hotel itself is tidy and clean and the front desk staff were polite.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. The pillows were highly uncomfortable. Also, I got woken up numerous times by loud ruckus in the hallways overnight and I could smell pot.

Convent location, located right off I-25. The building was poorly remodeled. The room was clean, but dated despite the new paint job. the door didn't seal correctly and let in the hallway light in all night long. The wall are paper thin and you can hear everything going on.
