It took literally 2 hours from the time I checked-in at the front desk to getting in my Room. The Rook key didn't work. And the next hours unfolded with failed effort after failed effort to get their system to work while I waited in the lobby. It wasn't clear whether or not it would ever work with their "new System." Front Desk Clerk was truly trying heartfully, but it was sickening that they couldn't get me in a room until 2 hours later. Expedia was no help on the phone. It was a paradox because I was already checked-in but couldn't get in my room. Finally, I got in a room, losing 2 hours of what I had otherwise planned to do.
