As soon as we arrived to the airport, our transportation to Xandari was there with a sign and my name, the driver spoke Spanish and English & helped us ease in to speaking more Spanish with him in a very helpful way. Upon arriving we were waiting for our room, so we had breakfast, Delicious!! And too many options to have them all in one day, glad we had breakfast there 2 mornings. Then we were accommodated by our room being offered to us early, since it was available. We had a hot tub & massage session that morning that was exactly what our travel worn bodies wanted! So greatful. We were offered to plant.a young tree for us to visit in future years- what a great experience and way to help us connect to the ecology of Costa Rica! The staff were very helpful & friendly. I cannot wait to return to see our tree, relax & enjoy Costa Rica again.

I loved how well we were treated. The resort staff ensured that we had a great room that best suited my family of 4 adults. The staff were helpful, the room was clean, the restaurant was great! Thank you for helping to make our trip amazing!

We love this place. It is like a gem in the mountains, so cozy, clean, great breackfast and stunning view.

This is a beautiful property, and provides excellent service. Definitely my favorite part of our Costa Rica trip.

Matt went above and beyond to not only make sure we had transportation from the airport to the hotel but he set us up with transportation to where we needed to go the next day. Seriously made my stay allllll that much more enjoyable and smooth sailing. Seriously couldn’t thank them enough. Even his kids are well mannered and helpful! Great family, and family business they have!
