George and Shaquille were excellent members of your hotel crew and made me feel welcomed in the hotel. Also Amna in Housekeeping and Wael in front desk. Really everyone was outstanding and hope to be back next year.

There's a staircase to be taken to the premier plus rooms, so if you have heavy suitcases be wary of this. Otherwise location and room wise it was excellent

Its a 5 minute walk to the cathedral, dining restaurants, a 15 minute walking distance to the river. The breakfast was great for the price. It had many options to choose to eat for breakfast.

Great location!! Don’t forget to ask for the fans!

Loved the location really close to the main action in Köln. They were clearly starting to open after Covid closure. People at reception were excellent but I saw about 4-5 different staff memebers and looks like they do not talk to each other. Some issues with the room like no air conditioning and with the warm weather it is just unbearable. Also the fridge inside the room was not working and could never be repaired after 2 nights (they forgot). Finally, while we were leaving, I mentioned the hot rooms and a staff member mentioned fans!!! No one offered the fans!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and this modern hotel was well kept and in good condition. The only downside really was there was no air conditioning in the room which made it difficult to sleep during the hot summer nights of my visit.

I am impressed about the cleanliness of the hotel. I did not try the breakfast, but eating outside was not expensive. I would recommend to eat outside since there are many restaurants or café nearby, so you can feel the local. The location of hotel is perfect in which you can walk to many landmarks without sweating (it's probably too cold as well so I didn't sweat).Anyway, I would definitely recommend this place due to its price, location and cleanliness!
