the breakfast room was full of rats under the food tables and we saw many come out for food when food was dropped on the floor everyday. room was also cold and heating wouldn’t go on any higher. bathroom small and no ventilation and evertime you shower there would be a puddle on the floor

Comfortable enough. Clean enough. Very serviceable 2-3 star hotel. No extras, long queues for check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check out. Could use additional sound proofing. Stairs everywhere, with lifts but only in some places. Not an issue for me to take 5-6 stairs but those with mobility issues should be wary.

The hoel could do with a bit of modernisation, particuarly the radiators. Thankfully the noise of the radiators drowned out most of the sound of some very inconsiderate guests banging on someones door very loudly at 2am. Breakfast was good but some scrambled eggs wouldnt go a miss! Be advised parking is limited and quite expensive

Good customer service, 24 hours reception, cosy room. Only drawback is the breakfast buffet which does not have good range of foods. Mostly pig meat serves in the breakfast and not appetitive at all specially for people who doesn’t eat pig meat.

This was an absolutely terrible stay. The room was freezing cold, extremely noisy, dark, and smelled awful — truly disgusting conditions. The breakfast was terrible, and the staff behaved very rudely — waiters were throwing dishes, talking loudly, and even speaking aggressively toward me. The reception staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. I travel often, but this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely not recommended at all.

Definitely value for money with nice continental breakfast included. We booked the comfort room on top (5th) floor, comfortable beds, small shower, no air conditioning but the tilt window allows fresh air in, carpet needs replacing, walls freshly painted. Quaint hotel and staff were helpful.

The property is walkable to all main areas. The staff were all friendly, Saleem at the check in was very helpfulf and went above expectations to help us out. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfotable.
