Incredible staff, spectacular room, 6 min drive to Lambeau, 30 sec ride to airport , elite casino, food is top notch, as one of the better streaks I’ve had. This hotel / casino ( and I kept forgetting there was a Casino because I was there for the location ) is a hidden gem. I will never stay anywhere but here. I have been to Packer games yearly since 2012 as well as every play off game. I live in Chicago and stay in hotels. I had no ideas this hidden gem existed. Elite location in the middle of any Green Bay Area attractions and vibe. Trust me, it’s the not so hidden soon gem in the region.

The doors to all rooms slam shut and people are coming in and out all night. Woke up every time a door slammed in the hallway until 5am. Also walls are paper thin and you can hear all your neighbors.

Front desk acted like I was bothering them checking in. Watched the people before who were treated better and told all about amenities and questions were answered while we were rushed through and told nothing. We then took all of our luggage upstairs and couldn’t get into our room because the front desk told us the wrong room number; maybe if we weren’t being so rushed and care was taken this could have been avoided. When we did get to our room the window was broken and open; this was the weekend of the Bears/Packers game when it was snowing and feel like temps were single digit. We called desk and were told someone was coming to try and fix it. Called after no one showed and told they were on the way to our freezing cold room. After 25-30 minutes still no one so i thankfully was able to find another hotel with a room available and we left. Hotel contacted us the next day via text to ask how check in went and I responded with the above. We were asked what could be done and we asked for the return of 1 of our 2 nights consistent with cancellation policy and we were told they would check on it. We never received a response or a return of our money. The time I did spend there I noted it was out of date, one elevator was not working, and it was dirty. I guess they make enough from the casino they don’t care.
