Beautiful 😍 hotel

Very very clean and modern rooms. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good every morning. Beer wine and hors d’oeuvres.every evening.

The room was spotless, kingsize bed was very comfortable as was the bedding. Staff were very friendly and efficient. All around it was a pleasant surprise and reasonable.rate.

The staff was amazing, nice clean room, pool and hot tub in great condition, nice hot breakfast. Most pleasant hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. Management must be doing something right to have such attentive polite staff.

I want to take the time to thank Amanda and Sarah for making our stay (Saturday, January 17th - Monday, January 19th) at One Lakeside Hotel the best. We've stayed at several other hotels in the area, and they don't even compare with the Love, service, and professionalism that you all give to your customers It started with a booking from Expedia that went south, and Amanda saved the day. She gave us all the time we needed and understood exactly what we were going through. We will never use Expedia again. Amanda has a way of making you feel like you're the most important person in the world and understands how important your stay will be. When we arrived, Sarah was a joy to check in with. Her smile was infectious, and she took all the time to let us know all the hotel had to offer. Sarah also knows how to make you feel important, and she is very good about looking you in the eye to make sure you know she is there anytime you need help or have questions. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and can't wait to return. We hope management will see how they go the extra mile and deserve serious recognition and kudos. This place was super nice and clean rooms. We decided to stay an extra night and they price matched us. Made decision easier. Pool was great and clean. loved it was salt water. Big difference for the kids. The staff was super nice and helped at every turn. Will stay here again.
