This ground-floor oceanfront condo is a slice of heaven. Step out your back door to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. About 50 minutes away from Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. 10 minutes away from Port Canaveral and all the major cruise lines. Home of Kennedy Space Center see and FEEL the rocket launches from your balcony.

Family-friendly beach, no cars allowed, active sea turtle nesting area. Lots of sand to bury Dad and lots of quiet for Mom to take a break and relax. Take a jog in the morning and a romantic stroll at sunset. Plenty of fishing right from shore or take a deep-sea fishing excursion from the Port. Step out of the ocean into the heated pool with chaise lounges for sunning, deck chairs for resting, and tables for just hanging out.

This was our 2 year staying in Rex’s condo. He is an excellent host. The condo has anything you callus need in the kitchen and then some. Check in is as easy as putting in your personal code given to you a couple days before arrival. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for another great year at the beach!!! See you next year

Very clean. Lots of space. Owner was very responsive to messages and very accommodating. We flew in early and was able to access the condo before check in. Parking was ok. Few parking spaces close but they have a big lot behind the garages to park.

Perfect location!

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend and it was amazing! The condo is right on a quieter stretch of beach and had everything you could possibly need for the ultimate beach day (chairs, towels, tent, etc). The condo was pristinely clean, very quiet, and the communication with the renter was quick and informative. Highly recommended!

Great stay in Cocoa Beach

We recently stayed for a week in this condo and had a great stay. We have two small children so the set up in the condo was great for us. We liked being on the ground floor as it was really nice being able to walk out the door and right to the pathway to the beach and pool. We didn’t actually use the pool but it looked nice. The beach is great and that’s where we spent most of our time. The condo is also in walking distance to some good restaurants and not far at all from grocery stores, the main area in Cocoa Beach, etc.The host was also very helpful and very fast in responding.

Overall great place. Located pretty much in the heart of cocoa beach, you can walk just about anywhere. kind of a pain to pull in to but its right next to the ocean!

Great spot for a relaxing time

We really enjoyed being ground-level oceanfront. We could hear the sounds of the waves crashing, day and night (which we really liked!) The room is so close to the beach, that you can easily run back to the room for anything you need. Walking the beach (or sidewalk along A1A if you prefer) for less than a mile (.7mi) you have access to restaurants/bars and live music! We asked our Uber driver to stop at a Publix on the way from the airport to the condo, and only needed a ride once. We went to Port Canaveral for a gambling cruise, followed by a Space-X rocket launch watch at Fishlips! This was a great time of year for a visit, and the weather was perfect.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We love Rex's condo! Super clean, great space for a family to hang out and everything you need in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms. Less than five minute walk to the beach and a great pool for a relaxing swim in the later afternoon. Walkable to many restaurants and stores. Rex is very easy to communicate with and sends all the updates for rocket launches (perfect location to see them from the patios and beach). We hope to be back for our family's vacations for years to come!

A work friend and I grabbed a few days at the beach before a conference in Orlando. Rex was great and very easy to work with leading up to and during our stay. We appreciated rhe info on the launch at nearby Cape Canaveral. We were able to catch the launch from the beach. Everything we needed for the beach, was provided. If you have a family with small kids, this is a unit for you. The unit has 2-pack and plays, toys for the kids, umbrellas, tents, chairs and baby/toddler pool float And board games for downtime. The place was clean and we felt very safe. There are plenty of places to grab a meal out or grab ingredients to cook at home, all within walking distance. I highly recommend this unit.
