Guests will love the shared outdoor spaces, complete with a propane grill and communal seating area—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. You’ll also have access to beach gear like carts, umbrellas, and chairs, making your beach days effortless. A convenient on-site laundry room with coin-operated machines adds extra ease for longer stays. Located along South Orlando Avenue, you're just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and all the charm Cocoa Beach has to offer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

Getting around is easy and convenient. You can walk or bike to nearby beach access points, restaurants, and shops. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and having a car makes it simple to explore nearby areas like Cape Canaveral or Kennedy Space Center. One designated parking space is provided on-site.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
