This property was great! Location is convenient to Playhouse Square and other Cleveland sites. Bars and restaurants are close by. The staff at the hotel are very helpful. The bar and restaurant in the hotel is convenient and actually very good. I can't think of one negative thing to say about this hotel.

Great to stay in the heart of downtown Cleveland. I didn’t want to pay valet so we parked in a garage a couple blocks away and walked up. Easy peasy. Pool was well maintained and staff was great. Room was lovely.

I was honestly disappointed. For the price we paid I wasn’t expecting a shoddy hotel room. The couch had stuffing coming out of a blown out seam, a light switch was missing, there were weird power strips laying on the floor, the lamp shade sconce was broken, the grout around the interior of shower was moldy and the phone didn’t work. We were only staying one night to go to a theatre production, so I didn’t complain, but I was definitely disappointed and will choose a different hotel the next time we are in Cleveland.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room and they quickly moved us and were very apologetic. The pool was clean, the restaurant breakfast was delicious and it was a super fun experience. I would definitely stay there again when in town. Also, the valet staff was quick and efficient. Special shout out to Adam! He was fantastic.

Upon arrival I thought we'd made a mistake because we trouble with street repairs and couldn't readliy park on our own. However, once I accepted the fact that valet parking was necessary, all was good. Nice location, breakfast, and staff who worked with us in getting an evening voucher due to our not being able to use our breakfast voucher the next morning. Great stay.
