The hotel was in the middle of a remodeling problem with my bathroom sink, housekeeping started knocking on the door at 9am, construction started back on the hotel at 10 am....overall not a good experience or stay at all

The hotel is under massive renovations. The entire center is torn up, and they are jackhammering the floor creating a haze of thick air. I smelled gas follow by a headache, burning throat and eyes, with a headache. I told management and I checked out before checkout but they refuse to refund my money

It would have been nice to know it was a mid-renovation disaster with jackhammers, plastic taped up everywhere and restricted entrances. Most if not all of our group did not get our rooms cleaned Wednesday and the towels looked dingy and gray and were all frayed on the edges. Beds and pillows were very comfortable though challenging to get in as they were almost touching the walls.

So they are in the middle of renovations so they can’t help that but it would have been nice to know. My first room the sing was clogged and full of brown stuff so they switched our rooms. The second room there was stains all over the couch and there was a cup of cigarettes butts on our balcony so that tells me they don’t clean very well either.

The hotel was massive, well decorated and furnished with easy access to the hotel store, a restaurant and bar and made to order as well as buffet breakfast. They also had evening reception with 2 complimentary drinks and snacks.

Lots of noise from construction during the day. No water for a period of time, and no hot water my first night. Also power went out but not sure if it was a construction issue or something else. No complaints for cleanliness or breakfast. And staff was friendly.
