Good cleaning staff Ran out of food everyday at buffet Poor help with getting a early morning taxi almost missed our train Front desk attendant and security could not get us a taxi so a stranger helped us 😡

The food was excellent, all locally-sourced organic food. Almost all Chinese food. There was coffee available at breakfast. The room was nice and big, with an excellent shower. The hotel provided free transport to/from the National Park entrance, and arranged for transport to/from airport and train station.

Very clean hotel with big rooms, shuttle service to and from airport and some attractions. Annie was great and was available via WhatsApp if whatever we needed! Great experience

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free.

We absolutely loved our stay. We had a Mountain View room, which provided incredible views. Our room was clean, spacious, and provided an extra bedroom which we were not expecting. The air temperature control worked very well, so you could be as warm or cool as you wanted without a problem. This is something that is very important to us. When we arrived via the hotel shuttle, we were immediately greeted by the hotel dogs, Heidi and Rich. Being animal lovers, this was fantastic. We fed them treats and exchanged lots of pets and hugs throughout our visit. The hotel’s chef was out sick and the hotel provided us a full time driver that took us wherever we needed to go throughout our visit. He was kind and thoughtful. Rich even joined us in the car for a ride:).We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to everyone at the Celestial Village.
