Located in Esko, this cottage is in a rural location, within a 5-minute drive of Jay Cooke State Park and Saint Louis River.
Cottage was very clean. Cozy and warm. It was snowing heavy when we arrived and Host was very accommodating and timely getting snow cleared out. Hot water, heat, bathroom nice and large. Pet friendly - my two Pomeranians were comfortable. Looking forward to a possible follow up visit in summer.

The breakfast food was expired. I checked dates on the dairy products and all were expired by 4-5 days, the juice machine was broken, there was cereal and bagels. Room was clean. Staff was not exceptionally friendly. It’s a clean hotel that is lacking care.
