- A worn-out mattress !!! During our stay, we had to evacuate at night because of a fire... without much panic... luckily, it was just smoke in the basement... I hope??... unfortunately, the staff failed to let us know that everything was okay... so after the evacuation itself, there was chaos... Breakfast was standard....unfortunately, no delicacies The wellness area was good, the pool water temperature was good...unfortunately, it was often very crowded

The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of gluten-free and lactose-free choices. The spa and pool area were nice and clean. The room was roomy, spotless, and had a comfy bed.

Always a pleasent stay and helpful friendly staff

I didn't need air conditioner and also I didn't travel by car but looks very nice parking lot by hotel. Housekeeping is on a high level. Excellent breakfast actually too many choices.

Absolutely awesome hotel. Great specious room more like a small one room apartment. Very nice breakfast. Clean and quiet. Free parking. The only small downside is the distance to the tram or bus to the old town center.but since we came with a car and there is a park & ride free parking lot 3 min. drive from the hotel we had no issue with rhat. Bottom line great hotel especially for travelers with a car.

Very close to subway. Good breakfast. Clean and modern room. The only thing that was concerning is the sound isolation is weak. I heard my neighbor from the adjacent room talking, and he heard me, but it is common in most hotels now around the world. I would still recommend this place.
