Sorry! As much as we've tried, we haven't been able to locate any places to stay in the heart of Chodang.

However, Hwasun is located 25 kilometres away from Chodang. Here you can choose from a selection of places to hit the sack. Look into the Ramada Plaza Gwangju and Kumho Hwasun Resort.

Attractions and Hotels Near Chodang

If you still have itchy feet, why not get out and see more of the South Jeolla region? Hone your landscape photography game by checking out some of South Jeolla's stunning beaches and coastal plains. Castles, traditional villages and old towns are a few more popular tourist stops worth pulling your camera out for. Alternatively, have a crack at one or two popular local pursuits like mountain climbing, hiking and picnicking.

Don't skedaddle before you've had a squiz at the Chosun University Museum of Art and May 18 Democracy Square in Gwangju. If you want to visit Gwangju, look into the Holiday Inn Gwangju and Pedro's House - Hostel. Or, you could stay in Mokpo, 65 kilometres to the west of Chodang, where you'll find the Sunshine Motel and Fontana Beach Hotel.
