The location is good. The staff was really nice. However, the property itself was terrible. Everything was outdated. It looked like it was from a horror movie ir something. No toiletries, no microwave in the room. The water took forever to get hot. The toilet looked like it should be in a public restroom not a hotel. One lamp in the room and one desk lamp. The thermostat stayed at freezing temps even when I changed the temp. I basically had to turn it off to warm up. The linens were worn and torn. The breakfast food on the buffet was cold. I was in town for an event so the price was hiked up, and it definitely was not worth it.

Pleasant stay

I had a nice stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location, right in the middle of downtown and close to shopping centers. The free breakfast was very good and had plenty of choices. A microwave was available when I needed it. Parking was easy with many options through ParkHero. I found a deal for just $51 for three days of parking. Overall, a good hotel with everything I needed nearby.

This is a very old and outdated boutique hotel. Staff is excellent and a great area. But there is no vending machines, no ice, no drinks and no snacks so make sure you get food if your out late restaurant on site closes at 8pm. Also no microwave in rooms. Bathrooms are very old and need updating.

Good enough rooms. Very inconsistent breakfasts (limited fruit, no yogurt, ran out of milk once, gooey pastries). Weird approach to daily room cleaning ( must tell day before when and if you want room cleaned). The staff, especially at front desk were very nice and helpful. That was a big plus.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice. It's a small quaint hotel. It's slightly updated. Nice and clean. The breakfast was good. Although not a lot of gluten free options for my child, the staff were helpful in making eggs and bacon separately. The elevator is small. It allowed 6 people each trip. You could get 7 in but that would be quite snug. I would have given this hotel 5 stars but our room was not cleaned when we set up specific days for it to be cleaned. They do indicate this at check in and when reserving and when we checked in we scheduled cleaning days (the asked if we wanted to have out room cleaned). It was cleaned once because we called the front desk to ask. Otherwise, it never happened. We had to request towels and toiletries as needed but trash and used towels were not removed from the room. Staff was always kind.

Front desk was quick and friendly. Room was in disrepair and in desperate need of a face lift. Cracks all over the walls and ceilings, shower head broken, lamp shades torn and stained. I wanted to complain but I was only staying one night. No fridge or microwave. Also the black out curtains do not close so I was hard to sleep past sunrise.
