Let’s start with the positive. The location is supreme. Safe to walk alone at night and you’re right across the street from a Four Seasons hotel and lots of luxury shopping. This is a no frills spot to stay for a night or two so don’t expect the world . The room was clean enough and the staff were accommodating, letting us checkout late with no charge. And yes! The hot water runs hot so don’t worry :)

I recently stayed at this hotel that offered a great price, which was definitely its standout feature. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for my needs, considering it’s near a lot of stores/restaurants. However, the lack of amenities was a bit disappointing. There was no gym or pool, the dining options weren’t anything interesting besides the bar, and that still wasn’t anything special, the room didn’t offer a mini fridge or microwave meaning making it impossible to keep left overs fresh and beverages cold, and lastly the Wi-Fi was spotty at times making it difficult to watch tv sometimes. While the price was appealing, I would have preferred a few more conveniences to make my stay more enjoyable. If you’re just looking for somewhere affordable to sleep, it’s a solid choice, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.

Historic remodeled hotel in great location

Took about 15 minutes for shower water to get hot Shower head did not work, but was quickly fixed Asked for a fridge and microwave and they brought one. If you want room service, you have to ask the day prior Parking was $59/day NOT for stay Other than those things, staff was friendly and helpful, connected restaurant was decent and hotel was remodeled and looked nice . Was in a great location and lots of restaurants , Whole Foods and drug stores close

Whitehall is a great hotel, bathrooms need to be refurbished. They’re not terrible. Just paint peeling on the ceiling, not bright. Heat pumps do a good job, but the windows let a lot of cold in the winter time. I kept mine set at 83 and it was toasty away from the windows on the 7th floor. Do not expect daily service. You will have to request towels etc.

So I loved how the staffed was so friendly and helpful! My room was very clean, but the bathroom had a lot of broken appliances, some which were dangling from were they were supposed to be. That really took away from the aesthetic for me.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Only problem we had was the heat was not working well. We were up on the 13th floor in a corner room with 2 large windows and it was quite cold. Our heat wouldn’t get higher than 68 and it felt much cooler.
