I wish I have read google reviews before booking it. Very terrible and smelly motel, including rooms and lobby. Room was smelling like it was closed for years. There are cockroaches in elevator and lobby. The room was super dirty. The floor was not mopped well for years, we couldn’t walk barefoot in floor as our legs were sticking with the floor at every step. No amenities at all, just one soap and that’s all. I would never stay here even if it’s offered free.

When I got to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. They had a sign up that said that they would be back in 5 to 10 minutes. The staff was friendly enough to check in and then I went to my room when I got to my room and turn the light on, I never roaches I would left the room, went back downstairs to tell the front desk person that I wanted to refund and leave and they tried to talk me into another room. I wasn’t comfortable staying, but because of the late hour I had no other choice and because they were not giving me back my money I had no other choice. He did find me a room on the third floor way away from the room on the second floor however I was on pins and needles sleeping all night. I inspected the room as thoroughly as I could. before going to bed.

They may leave the light on for ya, but that’s about it. No fridge, no hair dryer, no shampoo, barely soap and towels. The bed was awful! I could feel every spring, and the mattress slanted. It wasn’t the cleanest, and hallways smelled like urine( human) in spots. It was adequate. It provided a very expensive, for what it was.. I might add, place to crash and shower. Would I go back here? If I absolutely had to.

I had an emergency this morning I couldn't make it out of town, tried to move the reservation for the very next Saturday, having paid for it already not wanting any money back just my date changed. Not to mention i have the insurance they suggest to have and i can't get my date changed is upsetting. I guess it is per Your policy not the policy that I've paid for a room that i didn't even get to use.

Nothing fancy. Low priced room, did the trick

It's a budget hotel, and it shows. But the staff at the desk was friendly, the room was clean. The shower had been recently re done and had a good shower head (for me that's a little thing that goes a long way for a hotel room). Id stay there again if in the area.

This was supposed to be a NONSMOKING ROOM! The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Shower curtain wasn’t replaced! Bathroom smelled like tobacco/ weed and urine!!! I brought this to the front desk and was told she would make note of it so I wouldn’t be charged for it…. Wow! What happened to moving me to another ROOM!!! Horrible experience!
