The staff was wonderful. Check in was delayed, but they did give us a voucher. There are no restaurants. They do have a food bar that is open of the afternoon between 3:00 and 5 or 3 and 6:00 p.m. they have a wonderful breakfast in the mornings. Fresh everything. I just felt that the rooms weren't as clean as they actually could be but I'm a germophobic there are no pop machines. They do have a snack area that you can buy snacks and things but even bottled water was $5 a bottle we arrived early because we had to come in by train so we got there at 11:00 a.m., and check-in wasn't until 3:00. The man at the desk did try to get us in a room early but they weren't ready yet. So we waited around until check in, but it wasn't ready at 3:00 then we were given a voucher for their food bar that opened at 3:00 p.m. I have truly appreciated that. Everyone was very polite and helpful there is security.

Our rooms wasn't ready at check-in time. We waited for 1.5 hours. I finally asked to get any room to get ready in so we could.get ready for our event we were going to be late for. Finally, they gave us two rooms to make up for our first suite. I wish they would've offered this at the check-in time so we couldn't have wasted 90 minutes sitting in the lobby.

The room was nice and clean. The shower drain was loud and someone had set the clock alarm to go off at 8 a.m. The breakfast was a little bland and it would have been nice to have bacon as an option.
