This hotel is gross. The interior is very unkept. The lobby smelled like marijuana. There was an unhoused person walking around the lobby. There was dust in all the corners of the hallway, paint cracking on the walls and the trash can was overflowing near the elevator bank. When I got to my room, I pulled the sheets back and on one side there was something black smudged on the sheets and on the other, what appeared to be a cigarette burn. I left the room, called an uber and let the front desk know I wasn’t staying. Best part here is, they didn’t even bother to ask “why?”. They obviously knew why. I ended up paying for another hotel in addition to losing money from my reservation at Four Points. Don’t go here!

The hotel is a good, fair priced place to stay very near O’Hare airport. Excellent shuttle service. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service from the bartender/server in the hotel’s restaurant. He was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. And a fun conversationalist.
