Never Again.

It was an unplanned stay after a cancelled flight. Just needed something close to the airport but affordable. The bathroom was very dated, had no soap and no washcloths and only one hand towel. Front desk help was fine but not super. Restaurant was expensive and unfriendly. We had to catch a shuttle at 6:00 AM. Shuttle was timely - but began breaking down on way to airport. Driver was only able to make one stop instead of stopping at each terminal due to the engine seizing on the vehicle. The ride felt extremely unsafe (at no fault of the driver) - which demonstrated the hotel's negligence to its vehicle maintenance and therefore its guests' safety. I will avoid Sheraton's at all cost for any future travel.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we arrived, we waited around 8 minutes at the front desk with no staff in sight — no greeting, no help, just silence. It felt like the workers were all hiding in the back or something. When we finally got into our room, it only got worse. The bed was disgusting, and the blankets were filthy. I even took photos because there was a bloodstain on the bed — absolutely unacceptable. This place seriously needs to get it together with cleanliness and customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

I found water leaking in the toilet when I checked in and reported it to the front desk. The technician checked, and it seems fixed. But it isn't quiet all night. There is no shampoo, and also no cups next to the coffee pot.

Our room was extremely humid and the air conditioning did not keep it very cool. No fridge, microwave, coffee cups, a.d o le 1 set of towels in our room. Asked for 2 sets of towrls and got 2 bath towels which were very thin. Food at restaurant was overpriced.

While close to the airport is an advantage, it was not enough for me to ever stay again. No soap in the shower, towels were threadbare, bath tub would not drain, terrible selection of food/snacks/drinks in the ‘shop’ AND when I mentioned the ‘soap’ and the drain, no apology just a ‘look’.

We were looking for something family friendly and convenient to the airport, and as an added bonus we could charge our Tesla and leave it there. We didn’t expect the above-and-beyond service we experienced by the staff, and more specifically, Lynn Hanna. We found ourselves in a difficult situation and Lynn took a personal interest, helped us find a solution, and even helped facilitate it. I can’t tell you how appreciative our whole family is for her saving our vacation.
