Buy being winter there's no need for air conditioning other then that the heating in the room were I was there wasn't any heating although accommodation were available space heater Buy the way I am awaiting my deposit from last check out was said by Wednesday no later than Monday of the following week even with the misunderstanding of others disrespect my room was comfortable and the area is good location for tourists that visit the state

Well Not a ideal for a people who wants a nice room but definitely for someone to crash in when they dont find any room. But based on the price this place is dope. With excellent customer service and little kitchen. Its good just the room was kinda not suitable to have a good sleep but thats fine cheapest and maybe the nice one in downtown since I stayed during weekdays.

newly renovated place - uses a code system to access front doors and rooms, so make sure you know your codes. staff was very flexible and helpful with my storing bags over the weekend between two separate stays. price is right and location is right in the middle of everything you could want or need. short walk to lake and museums, etc.

Photos were deceiving and the room was much smaller in reality (bunk beds), but the beds were very comfortable! Overall the place was clean and the staff were great. The shared kitchen was nice.

I was not satisfied with your hotel at all, your room was not clean, the interior of the room was like ice and the sheets were wet, I was really not satisfied at all, I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night, I was so cold that it was really irresponsible in a hotel Your air conditioner wasn't working so it wasn't heating and it was really like ice inside the room it wasn't clean at all

I was surprised that the front desk IS staffed 24/7. I used this hotel to attend a concert nearby - even coming back at 3:30 am, I felt safe. The room was exactly what we needed for 1 night. If you're staying longer, the communal kitchen would be useful. There is also complementary coffee, teas, and filtered water available, and a nice lobby and work cubicle (rooms, actually) nearby. An adjoining bar is nice & cozy & tasteful (they also serve food, I heard). Overall, a great experience if you need accommodation in this part of Chicago. Loads of restaurants w/in easy walking distance, too. GO!
