The hotel itself is beautiful but the parking is extremely far for a family and a bags to walk in with. Check in was easy but they did not go over what was included, there are multiple restaurants in the hotel but breakfast is not included it is an out of pocket expense. Checking in was great a trainee was very kind and professional with us but checking out the gentleman was on his phone and didn’t even great us walking up, when asked to check out he proceeded to through the computer without speaking to us, after 5 minutes he had asked for the room number and when i asked if finished he just nodded and we walked away The rooms are extremely comfortable and well taken care of and very quiet atmosphere Definitely recommend this for someone who’s outgoing and enjoys a good time in their hotel not so much family and children

I always come back!

I always love staying here! Anytime I have an event at the rosemont theater, I know where I'm staying! Everything is always a breeze here and not complicated. Staff is kind and helpful. I never get charged with hidden fees types of things. Breakfast is additional charge but so worth it! Delicious buffet! The rooms are also wonderful and cozy.

Just across the street from the Rosemont Theater. Mall nearby. Friendly staff. Nice rooms but parking is an issue. Have to pay $25 to park in lot behind hotel with no entrance from that side.

I came here to get a few hours of sleep, staff was rude and didn’t greet me. There are also no blackout curtains in rooms facing a light up billboard. I had to use my Hair claw clip to clip together the outermost curtains, which were also sheer.
