When I checked in Friday, the parking lot was full. I was told they didn’t anticipate this many people. When someone finally left after circling around for an hour, the gate wouldn’t work. It wouldn’t open. I buzzed and called and was finally let in but I didn’t receive a ticket. One was give Tim me at the front seat. Next day, we are waiting for the elevator (Saturday) none of the elevators were working. Mind you, it was 93-97 degrees that day. HOT. My kids and I had to use the stairs and we were DRENCHED. There was a church event happening in the area and these older ladies had to take the stairs to the 6th floor! ABSURD. You would think fixing the elevators would be a priority right? WRONG! Next day Sunday when everyone is checking out including the church folks (at least over 100 of them), there’s only TWO working elevators! It is still hot so my kids and I had to grab our luggage and use the stairs. We were drenched. I tell the guy checking us out that the elevator went out late Friday early Saturday and he wasn’t even aware. His words “I didn’t work this weekend so I had no idea.” I ask him so no one told you? He said no. Way to relay information. Remember when I mentioned priority? SMH He ended up comping one of my parking which was like $35. Not enough for the inconvenience we had to deal with. The hotel was also run down and you can tell it’s old with no recent updates. Makes sense why the elevator was out of service all weekend.

Had no key to my room so they changed my room then my key didn’t work so I was keyless and unable for us both to the leave room at the same time without having to get someone to let us in our room. Parking is $29 a day and not listed on their website. Also there is a $50 daily deposit that is t posted on their website either. We weren’t expecting these extra charges being we paid through Expedia. They have garage parking and not enough room. Also if you go out on the patio you have no way to get back in the building. You are then locked out and have to wait for someone to come a long and let you in or walk around the building to get back in there is no key access either. Only 3 of the five elevators worked. The pool area isn’t that great. Plus the bar over looks the pool directly.

Came here for a concert. The venue is right next door/ across the street. It’s also a 5 minute walk from the mall. It’s a great location. The staff were friendly, letting me check in about an hour early. Rooms are nice and clean. Quiet location. Will probably book here again for future concerts.

Good location for airport

Hotel ok good location near mall . No where to get coffee outside hotel . To go counter in hotel offer very little in way of breakfast items . No bagels or any typical American breakfast items had a muffin which was tiny and frozen cost 5 us

There was, presumably, A/C condensation dripping from the ceiling by the window. Thankfully, it was away from where we really needed to be but we sure couldn’t look out the window. Also, was a huge surprise to learn we’d have to pay almost $30/night to park in the parking lot. What? Have never in my life had to pay to park at the place I’d already booked to stay at. The pool was nice but the hotel as a whole was not worth what we were charged per night. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.
