Its Chicago parking is what it is but not being connected to the hotel and having to walk around the corner with my bags on the street I didn't like. My room was fairly decent, but my other family didn't have it so well and they will be reviewing. Shopping directly across the street was a plus and you can walk to different dining options in the area.

Clean Modern Rooms, but very Move-It Along Service

I had a late check-in scheduled. But my flight was delayed. I didnt arrive until 2:45am to the hotel. When I called the front desk to notify them I was here, she just said the door was locked and offered no solutions for me to come in, and hung up on me. Thankfully someone who was a hotel guest had a room key and opened the door and let me in. My room was clean and I enjoyed my stay. At check-out, I was not greeted so much as a hello. I asked for a copy of my folio, which she did get for me, but no words exchanged. I asked to have my luggage to be held for a couple hours, and the other lady working the desk (African American woman) assisted me with that.

I liked the bedding. Too comfortable. I got a good sleep after days. Also the staff is really good and respectful. Cleanliness is also at best
