Hard and confusing to get around. Had to go to the 9th floor to check in and then figure out the elevator to go above the 9th floor. Had to go through the Severance style of hall ways to get to our room. Hard to regulate the temperature in the room probably because of all the tile covering the floor. The room was small but the bathroom was large. The most convenient thing was that we were right next door to the theater and walking distance of many things.

Everyone was friendly but I found it pretty bad that parking is more expensive if it's validated and that you charge guests to check in early when you have rooms open and available.

We aren't sure why there was such negative reviews on those property. This property is awesome! There's restaurants, bars, and shopping all within walking distance. This hotel is very clean, modern, but holds onto some old-style feel. We recommend for sure!

Convenient to Theater District

Convenient location to Nederlander Theater. Just a few blocks walk from the Metra Station. They even watched our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city

I honestly wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, it isn’t a traditional hotel. You have to call the day before if you want your room cleaned and the hotel smells like mold. The rooms were big but they weren’t as cleaned. I am disappointed with my stay at this hotel

Mostly good

Check in was quick. Doormen were great! common areas kept tidy. Room mostly clean. hair and dirt in corners and under bed frame and in/around closet. Toilet clogged and took around 30 mins for maintanence to come assist. He cleared it quickly but left dirty toilet water splashed all over toilet and standing dirty toilet water on the floor. After several calls requesting someone to bring cleaner or something to clean up mess in bathroom an Hour and a half later I went and found a housekeeper and got towels and cleaner and had to clean the mess myself. Location was perfect for exploring the Theater district. Very close to many food choices and shopping.

Great location and generous room size --smaller bathroom sink area. The areas of improvement would be to have a better equipped gym and TVs that guest area able to stream devices -such as Netflix etc.

$57 for self parking is a little high. Valet would be nice as well since the parking garage is down and around the corner. So getting to hotel and back to car with luggage , bags ,etc is a little cumbersome.

Great location and staff!

The staff were absolutely wonderful! I cannot say enough about everyone from the front desk staff to the bartender to security, we had such a positive experience with everyone and felt so welcomed! We were there mainly for theater, so the location was prime. The price was also amazing! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone! The room was small, but was a very efficient use of space and so cute!
