Overall, it was a great stay. The location is very convenient to everything downtown. The staff is very friendly as well. The only complaint is room cleanliness. There was a day where the beds weren’t made, it was just left how we had it. One is the towels was also completely covered in hair. The fridge had a bad smell and the floors definitely needed to be cleaned. There was a lot of dust and other debris under the bed and under the bathroom sink.

We were told to park in the parking garage near by, we paid out of pocket while and brought our tickets back for a partial refund. We were told it was going to be 7 dollars a night since we were staying at the hotel well to our surprise it campus that their discount on the parking was 6 dollars for almost 150 worth of parking. Management would not reply back and we called for 2 weeks after the initial email and manager would call us back never did, Got a hold of him today finally after 2 weeks

Exceptional Stay

Room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff were both helpful and kind. I was able to leave my bags in a secured closet (with offered tags) after check out. Everything about my experience with this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

-During weekend, no house-keeping even though the receptioniest confirmed of it. -Reception is not very kind. - The reception is on 9th floor, and the entrance is narrow and elevators are dirty and sometime not working ( 5min. locked up inside of elevator on 19th floor ) - Photos of hotel details look 4star hotel, but not that clean. - Traffic noises are quite annoying. - The only PRO point is location in downtown.

Short mother/son trip

Location was fantastic if you’re there to see a show, and walkable to some great restaurants and shopping. Seemed like a slow weekend, so lobby/bar was pretty quiet, but also could have used a little more ‘vibe’. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Not sure it was totally worth the high price, but also, it’s Chicago. Overall, my son and I had a great stay.

When first got to room we noticed no spare toilet paper and Kleenex was pretty much out. And there was some hair on bathroom floor. So needless to say whoever cleaned this room on our day of arrival didn’t do a very go job.
