Throughout our stay, every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warmth and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere that made our visit all the more enjoyable. We felt genuinely cared for, and it was clear that hospitality is a priority for your entire team. For me, this experience was certainly one of the finest examples of hospitality I have encountered. Everything is nice

Wonderful stay in a very comfortable hotel

It was clean and the staff was very nice. Gina from the front desk was amazing. The bar service was excellent.

There was a pretty garden outside of our room, and a warm and comfortable sitting area upstairs. The breakfast was good and varied and the staff was friendly and helpful. Once we got used to the elevation it wasn’t too tiring walking up the hill from the Plaza de Armas.

The staff was very caring and continously available to assistvour needs. The hotel facilities are well mantained and pleasing. just would like to reccomend that the breakfast include more daily variations and that the restaurant open also for lunch.
