Dusty room issues with grout , tablet on floor ? Extension lead faulty noisy cistern noisy air ductwork… during night .generally old fittings. Request renovated room . Most staff are ok . Breakfast good and brasserie still nice .

Room 430 - whilst the bedroom was lovely and generous and clean - the bathroom was small and frustrating. Nowhere to put toiletries, nowhere to hang towels. Crowne Plaza Chester by IHG is centrally located in Chester, a 4-minute walk from Chester Cathedral and 7 minutes by foot from Grosvenor Museum.
Once you ignore the hotel entrance from the street which is underneath an ugly car park the foyer is attractive and smells wonderful. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was big and clean. Good location for exploring Chester.
